Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and your purchases from MO Creative Atelier ("I," "me"), a web design studio based in Springfield, Missouri. By using this site or buying a service, you agree to these terms.

Services. I offer website Check-Ups, website and online store builds, and monthly care plans. Each build is scoped in a written proposal. Prices on this site are starting prices; your final price is in your proposal.

Project agreements. Every website or shop build is covered by a signed project agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

Payments. Builds are paid 50% up front to book your dates, 25% at design approval, and 25% at launch, unless your agreement says otherwise. Care plans are billed monthly until canceled. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

Revisions and changes. Builds include two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds or work outside the agreed scope are quoted and approved in writing before I start them.

Your content and accounts. You are responsible for the text, photos, logos, and other content you provide, and for having the rights to use them. Your domain, hosting, and platform accounts stay in your name. I work through invited access and never ask you to send passwords.

Ownership. Once your project is paid in full, you own your finished website and its content. I may show your finished site in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. Third-party themes, apps, fonts, and stock images stay subject to their own licenses.

Timelines. Launch dates depend on receiving your content and feedback on time. If content or approvals are delayed, your launch date may move.

Limitation of liability. I build and maintain sites with care, but I cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or sales, or the uptime of third-party platforms and hosting. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes to these terms. I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
